Sales & Delivery Policy
At My Nanny’s Kitchen, we bake every treat fresh in our registered New York State home kitchen under the Home Processor Exemption.
Ordering
​​​You can place an order anytime!
Orders made by Sunday night are baked fresh and
delivered on Thursday of the same week.
Orders made after Sunday will be baked and
delivered on the following Thursday.

If you need to cancel, please do so before Monday at noon for a full refund.
After Monday at 12 PM, cancellations can’t be refunded, by then, I'm already busy mixing the batter!

We currently deliver within New York State only, bringing homemade goodness straight from our kitchen to your door.
Payments
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
A 5% service charge will be applied when using credit or debit cards.
Delivery & Shipping
We do local markets on a regular basis, check our Events page for listings.

We ship anywhere within New York State by mail or courier.
At this time, we cannot ship outside New York State or through third-party delivery services (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub).
All products are made, packaged, and shipped directly by us from our home kitchen.
Labeling & Transparency
All of our products are clearly labeled with ingredients, allergens, and our home bakery address, as required by New York State law.
